Performance Improvement

When I tell people I’m into Performance Improvement, they assume I’m an athletic trainer. I’m not an athletic trainer but what I do could improve the performance of athletes.

Performance Improvement is a systemic approach to analyzing and improving the performance of individuals, organizations, and processes across divers milieus (business, military, education, and not-for-profit) and sundry behaviors or performances. The approach can be applied to any measurable behavior, result, task, or performance: flying a plane, changing a flat tire, speaking Spanish, driving a car, running a marathon, interacting with online customers, selling ________, and so on.
